Annual Fundraising Event: Poker Run
Ride your snowmobile to raise money for the local fire department, and a chance to win a brand-new snowmobile! Only once a year, join other riders for this full-day event at Haliburton Forest. For more details about the event, and this year’s charity please click here.
Participants ride the trails from shelter cabin to shelter cabin collecting token cards along the way. These shelters, serving as check-points, provide an opportunity to warm up, share a story or have a coffee, hot chocolate or even a plate of pancakes provided by local businesses. At the end of the day the tokens collected are exchanged for a draw of a poker hand.
