It is with great disappointment, for the first time in over 30 years, we have decided to cancel our Annual Poker Run, which was set for Saturday, February 6, 2021. We have made this tough decision for the safety of our staff, guests and community.  This event over the years has brought in over 400 riders annually from all over Ontario to stay and play within our community. Last year between the efforts of our staff and our incredible volunteers we raised $20,000.00 for our local fire department.

We have all intentions of continuing this annual tradition in 2022, on Saturday, February 12 pending any restrictions or limitations due to/related to Covid-19.

The good news is that trails will remain open to those wishing to purchase day passes and for those already staying with us (if we are allowed to re-open. The Cookhouse will be open for take out.

All day pass fees for Saturday, February 6, 2021 will be donated to Dysart et al Fire Services to assist with equipment purchases. In the past donations have assisted the department to purchase equipment such as a snowbulance, rescue boat, jaws of life, etc...

Registration: 8:00 am to 2:00 pm
Check Points: 9:00 am to 4:00 pm


Each of our 5 check points (Shelter Cabins) offer a variety of food and beverages.  The Haliburton Fire Department will be selling sausages to raise extra funds.  All other food and beverage items are included in the participation fee.
