We are lucky and faired well through the storm las We are lucky and faired well through the storm last night. We have power, still lots of snow, trails remain open and in decent shape! Gas pumps are open, snowmobile rentals are heading out, @haliburtonforestwolfcentre is open, maybe even @boshkungsmokehouse but check with them for hours. We anticipate high winds throughout the day, so beware if riding later today or tomorrow there may be more debris down than usual and possibly even some trees. Overall we are very happy and lucky. Our thoughts go to those that got hit harder, are out of power, etc... If you are struggling to get here for a reservation don't put yourself in danger. Give us a call 800-631-2198 or email reservations@haliburtonforest.com and other arrangements can be made.
