Paul Brown

Wolf Centre Coordinator

Paul Brown loves: Our wolves at Haliburton Forest.

You might meet Paul during: Wolf Centre and Wolf Howl Tour.

In 1995, Paul joined the Haliburton Forest crew as a young buck eager and willing to work hard. He is an avid outdoorsman and down-to-earth all around family guy.

Over the years, Paul has had many roles: maintaining trails, groundskeeping, cleaning campsites, office administration at Haliburton Forest Base Camp, snowmobile maintenance, construction, Ecolog jigging, and bear control. We could probably write a 10 page job description for Paul and it still wouldn’t cover everything.

In the last couple of years, he has settled in as the “Face of the Wolf Centre”. Having worked at the Forest before the centre even existed he knows all its ins and outs. You’ll even find him calling the wolves his children from time to time!
