Paul Brown

Wolf Centre Coordinator

Originally from the Kawarthas, Paul joined the Haliburton Forest crew in 1995.

He holds a Wildlife Custodian License and has completed the MNRF Bear Wise Course allowing him to help manage nuisance bears on the property.

Over the years, Paul has had many roles from maintaining trails, grounds keeping, and cleaning campsites, to office administration, snowmobile maintenance, construction, and Ecolog jigging. In the last couple of years, he has settled in as the “Face of the Wolf Centre” and in the spring of 2017 became the Wolf Centre Coordinator. Paul is an avid hunter but also an advocate for wildlife conservation and rehabilitation.
