Events at Haliburton Forest
Thursday evenings at 8:00 pm Haliburton Forest staff offer a public Wolf Howl. Participants gather at our Learning Lodge to hear a presentation on wolves, their ecology and relationship with humans. After this presentation, the group is led on a short hike where the interpreter will attempt to “howl up” our resident pack. We cannot guarantee a response, however we do have a good track-record!
Fee: Admission by donation to help support the scientific research being conducted at Haliburton Forest.
Included: Presentation, short hike and a Wolf Howl.
