Haliburton Forest is a growing company and positions from forestry and outdoor education to office management and maintenance become available from time to time.

Lumber Grader
Job Description: The successful applicant is expected to support the sawmill manager in some of his duties, including lumber grading.
Qualifications required:
- lumber grading certification and/or experience
- team player
- valid driver's license
- willingness to perform any sawmill related task
Haliburton Forest's Internship Program
Haliburton Forest operates an internship program, designed to provide participants with experiences and skills in fields, otherwise difficult to access. In particular internship positions are available in Outdoor Education, Forestry and Horse logging. Internships commonly run for 4 months, commencing in January, May and September. Room and board is provided during the internship and participation in all aspects of Haliburton Forest's operation is an integral part of the internship experience.
